Our Process can be broken down into just a few simple steps.
Follow our simple guide below and please dont hesitate to reach out to our Fetchin Fido design team with any questions you may have!
1. Select any item in our Rep You're Pet Collection. Add that item to your shopping cart. (Please note shipping time are longer for this product line due to the customization involved.)
2. Get ready to capture some amazing moments! Now that you've picked your design, it’s time to take 3-5 high-resolution photos of your pet! Don't stress about perfection—just have fun and do your best! And remember, keep the focus on your pet by ensuring nothing is blocking their adorable face or body!
3. At checkout you will have the option in your shopping cart to add your pets name and attach several images of your pet.

We will create a design customized for you! Once created we will send it back to your email on file for approval. It takes 2-4 days for this process to happen.

Once we have you approval we will send the item to manufacturing and get it ready for you. (Please not if you do not respond to our email within 48 hours we will automatically approve and process your item.
